1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the rb555 website at rb555.app, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you (the "Player" or "User") irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. rb555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player may be under 18, rb555 reserves the right to suspend the account and request documentary proof of age. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited, and deposited funds may be returned at rb555's sole discretion subject to verification and applicable processing fees.

Parental Controls

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of rb555 services — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, depositing funds, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a single personal account. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Policy

Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts may be closed, and any balances may be forfeited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on the rb555 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rb555 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the rb555 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your rb555 account dashboard.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your rb555 balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 24 hours to be credited, subject to your bank's processing schedule.
• rb555 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source minus any applicable transaction costs.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad) and up to 5 business days for bank transfers.

Currency & Exchange

rb555 operates exclusively in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). No currency conversion is applied by rb555. Any currency conversion costs incurred at the payment provider level are the sole responsibility of the player. All displayed odds, balances, bonus amounts, and prize values are denominated in ৳ unless otherwise explicitly stated on a specific promotional page.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

rb555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Welcome Bonus

New rb555 members who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to the following general conditions:

• The bonus is available to new players only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method applies.
• A minimum qualifying deposit amount applies, as stated on the promotion page at the time of registration.

• Players who have self-excluded or set a deposit limit are not eligible to receive certain promotional offers. This is a responsible gaming safeguard and not a commercial decision.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the rb555 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Opening or using multiple accounts in an attempt to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated strategy intended to defraud rb555 or other participants.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or disrupt any part of the rb555 platform, including its games, payment systems, or security infrastructure.
• Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward rb555 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display anomalies to place bets at incorrect odds or obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

Account Suspension and Closure

rb555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a specific reason, if it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of proven fraud, all funds in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the rb555 platform — including but not limited to the rb555 brand name, logo, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, text, game descriptions, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of rb555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rb555 platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the rb555 platform without prior written consent.
